Details
In December 2015, we attended Conference of Parties (COP) 21 in Paris. This was part of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). Along with the following sub-national governments:
- Basque
- Catalonia
- Manitoba
- Quebec
- Sao Paulo
we agreed a Nature Based Climate Action Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
This will enable us to use a joined up approach and share technologies to combat climate change.
