Over recent months, we’ve been speaking with people across Wales about the Carbon Budget 3 plan through workshops, climate conversations, dedicated sessions with young people and discussions with stakeholder groups. We’re now carefully reviewing everything that’s been shared with us. We are continuing to develop the plan, with the aim of publishing it at the end of 2026.
