WPPN 001 Standard Selection Questionnaire for Works Contracts has been published on GOV.WALES explaining the new arrangements for suppliers to complete and submit core ‘pre-qualification’ information.
For works contracts, the Common Assessment Standard (CAS) question set will be utilised. Developed by Build UK. CAS is the industry-recognised standard for the pre-qualification of suppliers in the construction sector. The CAS question set will ensure a standardised approach, promoting transparency, fairness, and excellence in the execution of works contracts.
A WPPN will be published imminently giving details of the pre-qualification arrangements for goods and services contracts.
