NHS smoking cessation services: July to September 2025

• 3,869 Welsh resident smokers were treated by smoking cessation services.
• 1.48% of the estimated smoking population of Wales made a quit attempt via smoking cessation services.
• 907 (23.44%) Welsh resident treated smokers were CO-validated as successfully quitting at 4 weeks post quit date.

• 7,988 Welsh resident smokers were treated by smoking cessation services.
• 3.05% of the estimated smoking population of Wales made a quit attempt via smoking cessation services.
• 1,868 (23.39%) Welsh resident treated smokers were CO-validated as successfully quitting at 4 weeks post quit date.
