Welsh Language Standards – improving services for Welsh speakers within the health sector

We are consulting on the regulations which would:

• improve the Welsh language services Welsh speakers receive
• increase the usage of Welsh language services
• make the health bodies’ duties clear
• ensure consistency across the health sector.

Events

We are organising 2 consultation events to collect people’s opinions on the draft regulations to specify Welsh language standards for organisations in the health sector. We are eager to hear from anyone with an interest in the standards and in the use of Welsh in the health sector.
