Details
In 2020, Saundersfoot Harbour Authority applied for a Harbour Revision Order to make changes to how the harbour is managed.
During the consultation, several objections were raised. In response, the Authority updated key documents in 2024. But some objections remain unresolved.
The Cabinet Secretary for Transport and North Wales has decided that a inquiry should take place.
The inquiry will be led by Gethin Thomas, a barrister from 39 Essex Chambers.
Helen Wilson, of Helen Wilson Consultancy Limited, has been appointed as the Programme Officer and will manage the inquiry process.
