Lorraine has been at Ysgol Esgob Morgan for 16 years and has been making a huge difference as a teacher from the moment she arrived. She gives every child the best opportunity to succeed and creates an impressive classroom culture for her learners in which they respect and encourage one another and celebrate each other’s successes.
The level of independence within Lorraine’s classroom surpassed expectations of pupils leaving secondary school, let alone primary school. Lorraine’s commitment, passion and impact on whole school practice is outstanding and left the judges both moved and inspired.
