Details
This Order will stop up an area of highway for the demolition of the existing buildings and the construction of 30 apartments along with associated parking and external areas at Gwent Car Sales, Crawford Street, Newport NP19 7AY, in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by Newport City Council on 3 July 2024 with reference 22/1033.
The stopping up of a length of the existing highway is considered necessary to facilitate this development.
