This report presents findings from a review of the use of eFSM and other data on learner socio-economic disadvantage (SED).
It focusses on several key areas including the range of purposes that Welsh Government and other stakeholders have for learner SED data and how they are currently using eFSM data. It also covers perspectives on the limitations and recent challenges surrounding eFSM data, including ways these can be overcome, and explores other forms of data that stakeholders are using or feel they require to meet their needs.
