Details
The existing Order allows blue badge holders to wait on a specified disabled parking bay without restriction. The Variation Order would allow blue badge holders to stay for a 2-hour maximum period with no return within 3 hours. Currently the existing disabled parking bay offers a limited number of parking spaces. The proposal will therefore offer equal opportunity to utilise the available spaces throughout the day.
