We are seeking views on proposals for secondary legislation to enable the implementation of local bus service reform.
Consultation description
We are seeking views on policy proposals that will inform the first set of regulations to be made under the Act.
These cover:
- terms to be included in local bus service contracts
- the application of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE) to the local bus workforce
- collecting information and data on local bus services
