The report provides provisional counts of the number of adult care homes reporting one or more confirmed cases of COVID-19 and provisional counts of deaths in care homes. This is based on notifications by care home providers to Care Inspectorate Wales. The location of death may be in the care home, in hospital or another location.
Discontinuation notice
In line with the principles of the transition from pandemic to endemic, routine updating of this output ended on 2 August 2022. Consequently, this update is the final edition.
