Manage Customers

From your homepage, select Manage Customers. There are four tabs displayed here:

  1. Approved: This tab lists all your associations in ascending CRN order. You can choose to reject an association or view its history, which displays the roles granted between the customer and the Agency/Farming Union, along with the dates they were active, including the current roles permitted.
  2. Awaiting Agent/Farming Union Approval: This tab lists all association requests awaiting approval. A red box displays the number of pending requests. You can choose to Approve, Reject, or View History. Approve and Reject actions require confirmation. Once they have been confirmed the CRN moves to the appropriate section – Approved or Rejected by Customer. View History displays current and previous permissions for the   association.
  3. Rejected by Agent/Farming Union: This tab displays all rejected associations, including the customer’s name and Trading Title. You can reinstate an association by selecting Approve. The View History option provides a record of all current and previous permissions for that association.
  4. Rejected by Customer: This tab lists the customer’s CRN and trading title. The View History option provides a record of all current and previous permissions for that association.

This information is also available on the Select the Customer page under Customer Authorisations, where each of the four categories is displayed with a numerical value indicating its status.
