We are consulting jointly with the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs on proposed changes to the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010.
Consultation description
The Schedule in the Regulations lists industrial activities that need an environmental permit. This consultation is about making changes to the Schedule to include capacity and duration limits for environmental permits when they are issued for onshore oil exploration.
