We want your views on how best to implement the new Additional Learning Needs system.
Consultation description
The Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Bill will create a single, unified framework for supporting learners with additional learning needs. The current range of statutory and non-statutory learning plans will be replaced by individual development plans (IDPs). This will ensure that provision and rights are protected regardless of the severity or complexity of needs.
We are consulting on options for how the bill is implemented.
