This paper presents the findings into the performance of the Out of Work service (OoWS) in reducing unemployment, effectiveness of the delivery process and participant experience of the service.

This report is the second evaluation of the OoWS, the aim of the evaluation was to investigate the impact on participants and consider the impact COVID-19 has had on the service, participants and outcomes.
