How Community Focused Schools funding is being implemented across Wales, examining emerging impacts and recommendations.

This evaluation explored how Community Focused Schools (CFS) funding has helped local authorities and schools strengthen engagement with families and communities, and assessed whether further improvements to the guidance are needed.

The research used a mixed‑methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and case studies involving participants across Wales. 

The report presents the fieldwork findings, and sets out recommendations for the Welsh Government.
