We want your views on proposed changes to the Code of Practice for Species Control Provisions in Wales.
Consultation description
We are consulting on updates to the existing code published in 2017. The amendments include:
- aligning the text more closely with legislative requirements
- updating references to legislation and legal requirements
- changing the order of some sections within the code
- using the terms ‘must’ and ‘should’ more accurately and consistently
