Consultation description
This technical consultation proposes a number of changes to the scheme to make it easier to access and simpler to administer:
- Proposal 1: simplifying the application process
- Proposal 2: reducing the administrative complexity of the scheme
Nothing in this consultation places new restrictions on existing eligibility for the scheme.
