Consultation description
We want your views on proposed changes to the Environmental Protection (Polychlorinated Biphenyls and other Dangerous Substances) (England and Wales) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000/1043), as amended (“the PCBs Regulations”). We are consulting jointly with the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra).
