We want your views on proposed changes to provider annual returns and applications to cancel registration.

Consultation description

The proposed changes are to make regulations that:

  • set the deadline for a service provider to publish an annual return on its website
  • allow a penalty notice to be issued when a service provider fails to publish its annual return
  • set out what information a service provider must give to cancel its registration
