We want your views on proposals and options to amend land transaction tax (LTT) reliefs
Consultation description
We are consulting on proposals to:
- abolish LTT multiple-dwellings relief
- extend existing LTT relief to Welsh local authorities when buying property for social housing.
We also want your views on the rules relating to the purchase of 6 or more dwellings in a single transaction, and other LTT reliefs.
