We are working closely with rock salt framework suppliers in relation to the current challenges caused by haulage driver shortages.
Driver shortages are having an impact on a wide range of business sectors, and we are working to identify potential impacts on customer deliveries of rock salt this winter.
Our framework suppliers anticipate they will be able to meet known customers’ requirements this year, however delivery times have increased.
Customers looking to order through our framework, should liaise with suppliers at their earliest opportunity. This will help ensure that their requirements are factored into suppliers’ planning, and help ensure that orders are delivered by the required time.
