Each board must carry out a well-being assessment, publish a local well-being plan and publish an annual report. The plan sets out how they will meet their responsibilities under the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act.

Statutory members of each PSB are:

  • local authority
  • local health board
  • fire and rescue authority
  • Natural Resources Wales

In addition, the following are invited to participate:

  • Welsh ministers
  • chief constables
  • police and crime commissioner
  • relevant probation services
