We want your views on proposed changes to the registration of town and village greens following the commencement of relevant provisions in the Planning (Wales) Act 2015.
Consultation description
We are consulting on proposals to commence sections 52 and 53 of, and Schedule 6 to, the Planning (Wales) Act 2015 which will amend the Commons Act 2006. This will introduce new procedures providing owners with a right to end use of their land as green.
