The Childcare and Early Years Capital Programme was implemented in October 2022 and was a three-year funded scheme running until March 2025.
This is the latest release
Overall, the Programme has widely been regarded by local authorities and providers as a successful and impactful intervention. The funding was especially appreciated during a time of financial difficulty, when conducting capital works through existing revenues would have been very difficult, or would not have been possible at all for many.
