Original consultation
We are consulting on the operation and effectiveness of the Agricultural Sector (Wales) Act 2014, between 2014 and 2017.
Consultation description
The act ceases to have effect after 30 July 2018 if no provision is made to preserve it. We are seeking your views on any aspect of the operation and effectiveness of the act and its possible continuation, including:
- the work of the Agricultural Advisory Panel for Wales
- Agricultural Wages Orders
- the enforcement of orders.
