The review used existing statistics and research ranging from routine annual data to results of international studies. It also highlights gaps in data and research.
The review does not discuss nor presents evidence of causality. It was beyond the scope of this exercise to further analyse or investigate the relationships between socio-economic status and poverty, or cover existing evidence gaps.
