RPW Online guidance for agents and farming unions: home page

When you first log in to your RPW Online account, you will be presented with the Select Customer Screen. On the right-hand side of the page, click the blue Agent Home button.

Your green menu bar will have options for you to drop down and select so that you can view or make amendments to your details. 

Note: the options displayed and the ability to amend areas in this bar are dependent on the level of access given to you by the CRN administrator.

2. Will display the Homepage.
3. CRN Details
4. Customer Details
5. General Details – View and Amend Business Details.
6. Addresses – View and Amend Addresses relating to the Business.
7. Manage Individuals
8. Amend and view details of all individuals associated with the business.
9. Online Preferences - View and amend how you receive notification of new messages.
10. Manage Customers – View and amend Third Parties who can act on behalf of the business.
11. Approved – View customers that you have approved to act on behalf of.
12. Awaiting Agent/Farming Union Approval – Accept or Reject customers who have requested you act on their behalf.
13. Rejected by Agent/Farming Union – See all customers who the business has declined to represent.
14. Rejected by Customer – See all customers who have declined to be represented by the business.
15. Correspondence
16. Documents – View any documents that have been uploaded or downloaded.
17. Messages – View any messages that have been sent or received.

Your Home page will also show a Notification area in Blue to keep you up to date.

At the top of the ‘Home Page’ you will be able to see the latest documents sent to you (RPW Documents) and the latest documents you have submitted to RPW (Your Documents).
