RPW Online guidance for customers: how to use financial information

To access Financial information, you should select CRN Details from the green bar on your Homepage and Financial Information in the dropdown.

Bank details – you can view the bank details we have for you, including currency type, account number, sort code, account name, bank name and bank postcode. Should your bank details change, you should inform us via your RPW online account.

Payments – you can view payments that have been made to you. You will have the option to select the scheme payments you wish to view. Use the dropdown menu to select the scheme. As more payments are made to you, more options will be become available. At the bottom of the screen you will see Scheme, Amount paid and Date paid.

Please note – the payments information will be sent to RPW Online overnight and is therefore not updated instantly. Payments will show on RPW Online a couple of days before the payment is made. If you employ and Agent or Farming Union to manage your account online, they do not have access to view your Bank Details page, regardless of the roles you have assigned to them.
