The Customer Registration Additional Details form

If  you previously registered to “manage my CPH or register my information only” but have since decided to apply for grants, you will need to complete a Customer Registration Additional Details form. 

The form requires you to provide additional business information. Once the form has been submitted, you cannot amend it  using RPW Online. Data checks are conducted and once  completed  you will receive confirmation of your ‘Customer’ status.

In order to  receive payments, you will also need to complete a hard copy of the  BACS form.A link to the BACS form can be found online when you log onto your RPW online account. Please print, complete and post to the full address (Welsh Government, P.O. Box 251, Caernarfon, LL55 9DA).

Finding the Customer Registration Additional Details form

When you log in to your RPW Online account, you should click on Forms and then select Customer Registration Additional Details then ‘Start’ to continue. Please read the important information contained on these screens  and click ‘Next’ when ready to continue to the next screen.

General details

You will need to confirm the Business Area we currently hold for you is correct and amend if required. You must provide the Business/Legal Status of the business, the date the business was formed and confirm if it was established by splitting an existing business. If you have Company/Charity Registration number you can enter  it here. Select ‘Next’ to continue.  Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterix.

Correspondence details

You need to confirm that these details which have  been populated  from from your Customer Registration Form are correct and amend if required.

You are required to confirm if your main farm or main premises is the same as your correspondence address. If not, you must provide the main farm or main premises address and postcode.

You must also confirm if your trading address is the same as your correspondence address. If not, you must provide the trading address and postcode. Click ‘Next’ to continue. Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterix.

Main contact

You will need to confirm that the information that we currently hold for the Main Contact is correct and amend as required. This is the person that we should deal with in the event of any queries. The Main Contact’s role in business, address, date of birth telephone and email details also need to be added, along with other business interests. Click Next to continue. Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterix.

Other individuals

Here you will see two sections; Individuals already linked to the CRN and Individuals with significant control who you want to have access to the business.

The Individuals already linked to the CRN are the individuals listed on the original customer registration form. You can update details here by selecting the ‘Modify’ button and amending accordingly.

The second section allows you to add individuals not currently listed who have  significant control of the business. Select ‘ Add individual’ and enter their details. If you decide you do not want to save the individual you can click the ‘Cancel’ button. You can save the information by clicking ‘Save’. If you wish to amend any information you can select the ‘Modify’ button.

You can save the information and return to the Other Individuals section of the form by clicking ‘Save and Return’. If you wish to add another Individual, click on ‘Save and Add Another’. Click ‘ Next’  to continue to the next screen. Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterix.

Errors, information and summary

You should review this summary and if no Information Messages are identified, click ‘Next’ to continue to the next screen.

Declarations and undertakings

Please read the Declaration and Undertakings section then tick the box and continue.

Submit

Click on the Submit button to submit your Customer Registration Additional Details form.

Submission confirmation

This is confirmation that your Customer Registration Additional details form has been submitted. You should either click Print this Screen or choose Exit. You will receive confirmation that your Customer Registration Additional Details form has been received by RPW on your Home Page.
