A guide for agents and farming unions on setting a third party personal identification number (PIN).

We have introduced a PIN for third party accounts, to further enhance the security of RPW Online.

This PIN will be required each time you select a Customer Reference Number (CRN) from your client list.

The PIN is unique to each individual Agent/Union staff member and must be set by each individual before they can select a client for the first time.

Set your PIN

  • if you have not set a PIN and try to access a customer account, a message will appear. Click ‘here’
  • on the Manage Individuals page, select your name.
  • select the blue ‘Set PIN’ button
  • enter and Confirm your PIN (this must be a 4-digit numeric code)
  • your PIN is now set
  • return to the Homepage. You will now be required to enter your PIN for every customer account you access.

Change your PIN

  • select Agent Home
  • select CRN details, Manage Individuals
  • select your name
  • select the blue ‘Change PIN’ button
  • enter your current PIN then Enter and Confirm your new PIN

If you have forgotten your PIN, you should contact your CRN administrator who can reset it. You will then be prompted to create a new one when you next log in.

Reset a PIN (administrators only)

  • select Agent Home
  • select CRN details, Manage Individuals
  • select the individual who requires a PIN reset
  • select the red ‘Reset PIN’ button
  • enter your own PIN and click Confirm
  • the individual will be prompted to create a new PIN when they next log in
