Signing in to the accommodation registration service
Guidance on how to sign in to the accommodation registration service and add your personal details.

1. Sign in using GOV.UK One Login
You can watch how to sign into the service and add your personal details on our Youtube channel.
You’ll need to sign in or create an account with GOV.UK One Login.
If you’re creating a new account, make sure you:
- use an email address you check often
- have a mobile number or an authenticator app
Having problems with GOV.UK One Login
If you have any issues with GOV.UK One Login:
2. Add your personal details
When you log in for the first time we’ll ask you to give your:
- full name
- phone number
- language choice (Welsh, English, or both)
If you are representing a company or an organisation
You must give your own full name and details.
Do not add other people’s information, such as:
- your CEO
- managing members
- senior staff
