This annual statistical release presents information on housing sales by Welsh social landlords. It covers sales of both local authority and Registered Social Landlord (RSL) dwellings and includes the sale of social housing and other stock. The data are used by the Welsh Government and local authorities to monitor trends in social housing sales in the context of the overall level of Welsh housing stock.
