Initially excelling in football and kickboxing, Lauren’s relentless determination led her to boxing, where she made history at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games as Wales’ first-ever Olympic boxing champion, securing gold in the middleweight division. Her Olympic triumph was a landmark moment, inspiring a new generation of Welsh athletes.
Transitioning to the professional ranks, Lauren has maintained an unbeaten record and captured the WBA, IBF, WBO, and Ring Magazine world welterweight titles in 2024, earning widespread respect for her technical prowess and sportsmanship.
