Stephen Brooks Commissioner
Stephen Brooks is a member of the National Infrastructure Commission for Wales.
Steve Brooks is a policy, public affairs, and strategy consultant focused on helping organisations achieve social and environmental change. Between 2016 and 2021, he was the UK Executive Director for External Affairs and National Director for Wales for the walking and cycling charity Sustrans. Steve is also a board member of Trivallis housing association, Living Streets, and the Wales Council for Voluntary Action – the national third sector membership organisation. Previously he has held senior roles at Oxfam, the Sustainable Development Commission, and the Bevan Foundation.
