The Order authorises the stopping up of a highway for the alterations to Nos 7-19b Loudon Square, Cardiff, including the change of use of adopted highway to residential front garden and change of use of existing garage site to residential garden area; alterations to rear of properties to also include the construction of a 2100 mm high brick wall to the boundary between the new rear gardens and Canal Park/Parc y Gamlas at Loudoun Square, Cardiff.
