This Order will enable the reclamation of former opencast workings, recovery of secondary aggregates and construction of new access road affecting public rights of way at Tir Pentwys, Torfaen, in accordance with planning permission granted pursuant to an appeal under Part 3 of the Act of 1990 by the Welsh Ministers on ** ****** 201- under reference number APP/U/6945/A/17/3187180.
