Details
This Order will stop up an area of highway on High Street, Forge Industrial Estate, Maesteg CF34 0AH, for the construction of a new building for training and office space, alongside with access, parking, landscaping and drainage infrastructure works, in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by Bridgend County Borough Council on 19 July 2022 with reference P22/71/FUL.
The stopping up of a length of the existing highway is considered necessary to facilitate this development.
