Details
This Order will stop up lengths of highway for the creation of a new residential development including the erection of 32 units, access, car parking, engineering, landscaping and associated works in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by Newport City Council on 13 March 2026 with reference 25/0700.
The stopping up of a length of the existing highway is considered necessary to facilitate this development.
