This Order will stop up an area of highway for the residential development comprising 25 No. units with associated landscaping and infrastructure works, in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by Carmarthenshire County Council on 30 July 2021 with reference number PL-01568. The stopping up of an area of the existing highway is considered necessary to facilitate this development.
