This Order will stop up an area of highway to erect a two storey extension with single storey link and freestanding single storey childcare unit to amalgamate Llanfabon Infant and Llancaeach Junior Schools to form a new Primary School facility, in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by the Caerphilly County Borough Council on 13 October 2023 with reference 23/0452/LA VERSION 4.
