This Order will enable the demolition of the existing rear boundary wall and rebuilding of the same to include a grassed area in order to provide a safe playing area in accordance with planning permission granted by the Council on 24 February 2009 under reference P/08/976/FUL.
The area is in St David’s Close, a cul-de-sac at the rear of St Andrew’s Road, Wildmill, Bridgend.
