This Order authorises the stopping up of an area of the existing highway.
The stopping up is considered necessary to enable the demolition of existing garages and development of 41no. independent living care-ready flats and associated works at the former police station, Maelfa, Llanedeyrn, Cardiff, CF23 9PN in accordance with outline planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff on 30 April 2020 with reference 19/03219/MJR.
