We want your views on proposals relating to the implementation of the 2021 Act.
Consultation description
We are consulting on proposals to:
- enable head teachers and the providers of funded non-maintained nursery education to temporarily disapply some or all of their curriculum in relation to a learner in certain circumstances for a definite period of time
- make provision for those learners registered at more than one school or setting
