Details
You can use this ready reckoner to estimate an indicative SFS Universal Payment or BPS Taper value for 2027. The SFS Universal Layer 2026 payment methodology and payment rates have been used for reference.
Calculations should be quick and will not ask for personal information. The information required to complete the ready reckoner is available from:
- your 2026 Single Application Form (SAF) summary document. This provides details of:
- your total land area declared in 2026
- your BPS number of entitlements, and
- the common land allocation determined from 2025
- any ineligible areas
- your SFS Map on RPW Online, will show at a parcel level, the
- habitat areas, and
- total tree canopy areas which are greater or equal to 0.1ha
