Summary

Swansea City Council is working toward a zero-emission fleet by 2030. With support from the Welsh Government Energy Service, in 2022 to 2023 the council conducted a review of its 850-vehicle fleet to assess energy consumption and identify opportunities for electrification. The Energy Service provided funding to help bridge the cost gap between electric and conventional vehicles.
