The Welsh Ministers have made an order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which is necessary to ensure the safety of the travelling public until a permanent traffic order is introduced on the A4810 Steelworks Access Road (Queen’s Way), (Llanwern, Newport) in the City of Newport.
