This order will allow the stopping up of highway to enable development of 16 dwellings, of which 5 are affordable dwellings, 11 are market sales with associated landscaping, access and highway works at land off Llandudno Road, Rumney, in accordance with planning permissions granted under Part 3 of the Act by the Council on 29 June 2018 under reference number 17/01681/MJR.
