This Order will permit the redevelopment at the former Seven Stiles Public House and Ladyhill Daycare Centre, Aberthaw Road, Newport to provide 39 dwellings and associated access, infrastructure, parking and landscaping, to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by the Council on 16 March 2021 with reference number 20/0983.
